The bed in my room was comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. The hotel location was convenient, with easy access to the city center and its attractions. the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, providing excellent customer service.

The shower pressure was weak, making it difficult to properly cleanse oneself. the bathroom lacked sufficient towel racks, resulting in damp towels and an untidy space.

I recently stayed at a hotel near the train station and was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and helpfulness of the front of house team. The rooms were spacious, even larger than those at the local Hilton Garden Inn. I appreciated the option to have a bath in the room and the warm and welcoming staff made my stay enjoyable. The location of the hotel was perfect for my needs. It was very close to where I was attending a party and also conveniently located near Temple Meads Station. This made it incredibly easy for me to get around the city and catch my train. the room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The breakfast offered a variety of options, including fresh fruit and cereal, which was a great way to start my day.

The toilets in the lobby were in need of some attention. While relatively clean, some of the locks didn't work properly and they seemed uncared for.

Some areas of improvement could be the cleanliness of the rooms and bathroom. In one instance, a guest found hair in the bathtub, which is not a pleasant experience.
