This hotel provided a luxurious escape with exclusive amenities and top-notch service. The Spa & wellness center with a sauna, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, Jacuzzi, and massage made for a relaxing experience. The beach access had sun loungers, beach umbrellas, and a bar serving refreshing drinks. The restaurant served a buffet breakfast and dinner of fresh, tasty, and varied cuisine complemented by a poolside snack bar and lobby bar.

The only minor issue was the temperature of the Jacuzzi on the balcony being too low, which limited its use. Nevertheless, this hotel exceeded expectations with its beautiful garden area, infinity pool, live entertainment, beauty treatments like waxing and facial, and private facilities of the room.

The breakfast was the best we had during our trip! the variety and quality of the food were amazing. the staff was friendly and professional, providing excellent service. the view from the room was breathtaking with the sea right in front of us. the location was very convenient with easy access to shops and supermarkets. the beach was lovely, and we enjoyed the comfortable beach loungers.

The quality of the food served during half-board was overall average, not living up to the standard of a five-star hotel.

We had an amazing stay at this resort! The location was perfect, right by the beach with stunning views of the mountains on the west. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with a beautiful jacuzzi outside. The staff were friendly and helpful, dedicated to making our stay the best possible. The breakfast was delicious, with fresh-pressed orange juice and a variety of options. We also loved the heated indoor pool and the private beach with comfortable loungers. a fantastic experience!

The jacuzzi outside of my room at Amira Luxury Resort & Spa was absolutely amazing! It was heated to a perfect 40°C and provided the ultimate relaxation experience. The resort's spacious layout and modern design were also impressive, creating a fresh and inviting atmosphere. The view from the hotel was breathtaking, whether it was from the lobby, restaurant, or pool. The breakfast buffet offered the best selection and quality of food that I experienced during my stay in Crete. The friendly and professional staff provided top-notch service in all areas. my stay at Amira Luxury Resort & Spa was fantastic, and I would highly recommend it.

The jacuzzi on the balcony did not have a cover, so the water temperature dropped during a storm, making it unusable for the remainder of my stay. Additionally, the food quality at the resort was not up to par with a five-star hotel.
