Excellent hotel for families. Fast check-in during FIFA World Cup. Fabulous breakfast and great hospitality from Ruth, Radhika, Wasim, and Mohammed. Bell boy helped with taxi bill in QR upon arrival. New hotel with good amenities, including refrigerated glass for cola. Comfortable bed with great sheets and customizable lighting. Lovely rain shower. Wide, well-designed rooms for relaxation. Convenient location near attractions. Half board meal option available.

The room service at Steigenberger Hotel was exceptional. The staff, especially Dian and Shibbix, went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met and my stay was enjoyable. They were always friendly, efficient, and had a genuine smile on their faces. The cleanliness of the hotel was also commendable, with a pleasant smell and well-maintained facilities. The decoration and color scheme created a relaxing ambiance, and the comfortable bed and relaxing lights added to the overall experience. The food served at the hotel, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, was delicious and exceeded my expectations. The chef truly showcased their talent. I also appreciated the inclusion of a pool area, which was great for both adults and children.

During my stay, there were a few minor inconveniences. the temperature of the shower water was consistently too hot, making it uncomfortable for children.

We had an exceptional stay at a beautiful and modern hotel with friendly staff, delicious food, and great amenities.

Very modern hotel, friendly and helpful staff, wide and relaxing rooms, prime location near attractions and a supermarket, outdoor pool area on point, heated toilet seat and air dryer.

The breakfast was good and the gym was decent, but that's really where the positives end. the location was convenient for my business meetings, and the free Wi-Fi was appreciated.

The room was outdated and could use a renovation. the staff was unfriendly and not helpful at all, making my stay quite unpleasant.

Luxurious amenities were fulfilled at this hotel. The service was top-notch with professional and courteous staff. The spa and wellness center offered a variety of treatments, including a sauna, body wraps, and massages, which left me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. The rooftop pool provided a lovely sun terrace with sun loungers to soak up the rays while enjoying a poolside snack bar. The restaurant was excellent, with delicious dishes and special diet menus available. The location was convenient, near many attractions.

One minor issue arose during my stay at the hotel. Unfortunately, a fire alarm was triggered once early in the morning, causing some annoyance.

I recently stayed at a hotel that was located in a convenient location close to many attractions. It was just a 10-minute cab ride away from the old city center, allowing me to easily explore the historic sites. Additionally, there was a supermarket right next door, making it convenient for any last-minute purchases I needed to make. The room itself was impeccably furnished and the bathroom was modern and clean. The service provided by the hotel staff was exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff members always ready to assist. Moreover, the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options to start the day.

I did find that the air conditioning in the room was set to a very cold temperature, which could be uncomfortable for some guests, especially in the hot weather outside.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was well-furnished and clean. The hotel has free private parking and is located next to a supermarket. The outdoor pool area was nice. The heated toilet seat was a bonus.
