We had a fantastic time at the hotel and suites. the location was excellent, just a five-minute walk to the blue flag beach and close to a bus stop for easy access to Chania old town in 15 minutes. the staff at the hotel and our complex were very friendly and helpful. Everything was immaculately clean, and the apartments were well equipped. We especially loved the beautiful pool area and the peaceful atmosphere at night. the balcony was lovely, and the sofa beds were extremely comfortable. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. It's a great choice for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation away from the busy crowds of Chania.

This hotel is a hidden gem! the location is unbeatable - just a stone's throw away from not one, not two, but four beautiful beaches. Whether you want to bask in the sun or take a refreshing dip, the beach is right there for your enjoyment. Secondly, the staff here are simply amazing. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Their attention to detail and friendly demeanor truly made us feel welcome. Lastly, the rooms are impressive. They are not only spacious but also have a great attention to detail. The little touches, like the comfortable couches and thoughtful room service, made our stay even more enjoyable. And let's not forget the breakfast - it was a great start to our day.

The location of the hotel is perfect, just a short walk away from multiple beautiful sandy beaches. You can easily spend your days lounging by the water and enjoying the sun. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. The clean and fresh facilities are a plus, making you feel right at home. Moreover, the friendly and helpful staff provide excellent service.

Some guests experienced a shortage of pool towels, which was inconvenient during their stay.

The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The hotel has a charming and cozy atmosphere, with cute balconies and a beautiful garden.

Some of the suites are located too close to a busy street, which can result in noise during the night. the air-conditioning is only located in the living room, leaving the bedroom hot and uncomfortable at times.

Our room looked brand new, and the facilities were in great condition. We loved the beautiful pool and the convenience of having two convenience stores right outside the front door. The staff showed genuine concern for our issues and were very friendly. Additionally, the hotel was located very close to a fantastic beach.

During our stay, the AC in our apartment was only in the living/kitchen area, making it difficult to cool down the bedroom. The internet was also very poor, but luckily we had data on our phones.

Well, the location was okay; just a short walk to a nice beach. I appreciated the buffet breakfast; plenty of options to fill up on. the room was spacious and clean. Can't really complain much about that.

First, the hot water wasn't working for a day and a half, which made showers pretty unpleasant. Second, the staff didn't seem interested in helping me out when I had questions.
