This meant that we were just steps away from all the attractions and amenities that this vibrant city has to offer. The service at this hotel was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The room that we stayed in was well-appointed and had all the amenities we could ask for, including air conditioning and a spacious sitting area. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. the staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing me to check in early. the room was fresh and had a wonderful view of the central square. the beds were comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. I was pleasantly surprised to find ironing accessories and even weights for exercise in the room. the breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a good variety. We also had a convenient parking space in the underground garage. Everything was well-organized and made for a great stay.

The hotel's location is perfect in the middle of the city center, right on the main square. It's easy to find at the great market square. The rooms are spacious, clean, and bright, with the added advantage of a small fridge. The staff is incredibly pleasant and the breakfast buffet is decent.

The lift is slightly too small for the facility.

This hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, surrounded by shops and with a church just steps away. The staff is friendly and accommodating, offering great service. Guests can enjoy complimentary tasteful evening snacks and even a breakfast box available as early as 5 am for those with early departures. The rooms are well-appointed, clean, and bright, with comfortable beds. The bathroom showers may be a bit small for taller individuals, but the water pressure is excellent. The breakfast selection is extensive and the Wi-Fi connection is reliable.

There were some minor cleanliness issues reported, such as candy left under the sofa and a coffee machine that was not properly cleaned.

The breakfast buffet was decent with a good variety of options, including gluten-free and lactose-free alternatives. the location was great, right in the heart of the city with easy access to restaurants and shopping. Plus, the hotel provided free Wi-Fi which was helpful for staying connected.

The room was very small and cramped, barely enough space to move around. the bathroom was outdated and in need of renovation.

We had the best stay at Profilhotels! The breakfast had a wide variety of choices and the dinner was excellent. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. The hotel building was like a palace and our room was spacious and comfortable. Kalmar's old city is both safe and beautiful, with plenty of places to explore. We fell in love with this awesome place and can't wait to come back!

I had a lovely stay at a city hotel in a great location. The room had a little balcony with a beautiful view. The breakfast was good with tasty coffee and delicious strawberry tea. Although it was a bit cold in the room, the staff provided a heater which made the next nights more comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.
