We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and friendly service. The exclusive amenities, such as the Spa & wellness centre and swimming pools, were fantastic and met all our needs. The massage we had was top-notch. The private facilities in our room were exceptional, making us feel pampered and well taken care of.

The only minor issue we had during our stay was with the karaoke entertainment. Although it was fun, it got quite loud and continued late into the night, making it difficult to sleep.

We loved the beautiful and new hotel, with clean swimming pool and good breakfast options. The location was ideal, as it was between Chania and Heraklion and offered stunning views of the mountains and sea. The staff was friendly and the a la carte restaurants were great. Being with kids was a breeze with the children's playground and water park area.

We were completely taken aback by the standard of this hotel and resort. The food in the restaurant was of the highest standards and the variety and presentation were impressive. My daughter loved the beautiful beach and kids club. I highly recommend this hotel.

The resort is conveniently located near to a lovely beach, perfect for families with little ones. The rooms are clean and peaceful, with a private pool option available. The staff is friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service throughout the stay. The buffet for breakfast and dinner offers a wide variety of delicious food options. The resort also has a spa with relaxing massages. the atmosphere is relaxed and inviting.

The entertainment at night seemed to be more geared towards kids and families, lacking options for adult guests.
