the staff went above and beyond to cater to our every need and want. the location in Imerovigli was perfect - close enough to walk into the town of Firá for shops and restaurants, but far enough away from the cruise ship crowds. the room was impeccably clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We enjoyed breakfast and coffee each morning on our large terrace, which provided breathtaking views of the caldera. our experience at Aqua Luxury Suites was exceptional.

Our Junior Suite with Panoramic Caldera and Sea view was perfect in every way, with an unbelievable, unobstructed view. the location in Imerovigli was ideal, providing central proximity to all the sights and sounds of Santorini, with a little quiet time. the breakfast was delicious with many options to choose from. the experience was excellent.

One morning, we couldn't eat outside due to noise from a moped operator. The water pressure for the shower was low and the kitchen was missing some essentials like wine glasses and a microwave.

We visited during the New Year and the hotel was running smoothly with helpful staff. the views were stunning and we especially loved the daily breakfast delivered to our room. the staff also guided us towards open restaurants and attractions in the off-season.

There were some disappointing aspects of our stay. the terrace lacked shade, making it uncomfortable to enjoy during the day.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel between Fira & Oia on the cliff. The wonderful hospitality and pretty rooms made our experience unforgettable. The hotel provided us with comfortable and clean accommodations, and we were amazed by the view. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to both Fira and Oia. We also loved the fact that there was a supermarket just 80m away, making it convenient for us to get all our necessary supplies. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and made us feel welcomed and relaxed. The breakfast options were great, with a variety of Greek food included. this hotel exceeded our expectations and left us with wonderful memories.
