I loved the stunning view from the swimming pool. It was the perfect spot to cool down on a hot day and relax while taking in the breathtaking scenery. I recommend this hotel for a nice getaway.

We were impressed with the location of the resort, nestled in the surrounding mountains and close to the beautiful lake. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a nice place to relax after a day of exploring. The friendly staff provided excellent service, ensuring our needs were met. The breakfast offered a variety of tasty options, setting us up for a day of adventure. We also enjoyed the facilities, such as the outdoor pool and spa, which added to our overall relaxation.

The limited options for guests with specific dietary preferences, which could have been more accommodating.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious mountain resort. From the private facilities and infinity pool to the sun terrace with its breathtaking views, the amenities were exceptional and our every need was met. We took advantage of the Spa & wellness centre, enjoying massages and the sauna, making for a truly relaxing getaway.

The restaurant service could use some improvement. While the food was delicious and diverse, dinner was a fixed menu limiting our options.

Our Xmas stay was wonderful! the breakfast spread was amazing and they had complimentary hot chocolate and cookies by the fireplace in the lobby, which was a nice surprise. the location is perfect, with beautiful views of the mountains and close proximity to outdoor activities. We also loved the cozy room with its comfortable bed and modern facilities.

The service in the restaurant needs improvement. the staff was not very friendly or helpful.
