The breakfast is amazing. The pool area offers a great ocean view and is a fun hangout spot. The staff is excellent at providing tourist tips and arranging tours. Plus, there's a cute and friendly hotel kitten named Ouzo. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are spacious and clean. There's also a gym for a decent workout.

Felt like being at home, nothing was too much trouble.

the staff, including Yana, Sophie, and Chrissa, went above and beyond to make our honeymoon unforgettable. the location was perfect, just a short walk away from all the attractions, but away from the crowds. Our room had an incredible view of the sunrise, and the hotel itself was kept impeccably clean. the breakfast was amazing and the staff even prepared a simple breakfast for us to take with us on our early morning departure to the airport. We can't recommend this place enough!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and supported. They were friendly, warm, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The facilities were lovely and spacious, and I especially enjoyed spending time at the pool and bar. The location of the hotel was perfect, being close to the main hub of the city but still offering privacy and seclusion. Additionally, the rooms were clean and beautifully designed, with a unique green approach to the air conditioning system. I also appreciated the bathroom setup, particularly the shower.

We recently stayed at a hotel in Fira and had an amazing experience. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the center where we found great restaurants and beautiful views. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay, especially John who was extremely kind and helpful. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the pool area was a great place to relax with comfortable chairs and great music. The food and drinks were delicious. we would highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay.

Immaculate and clean room with daily cleaning and ample amenities. Staff accommodated all needs and regularly checked in. Good location near Fira town center. Hiring a quad bike recommended for island exploration. Hotel food and drinks impressive, but try local cuisine in town too.

Astro Palace in Fira, Santorini exceeded our expectations in every way. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The location was perfect, being close to the city center yet peaceful and quiet. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a room with a private swimming pool, making our stay even more luxurious. The hotel itself was beautiful and well-maintained. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, and the pool bar served fantastic drinks. Highly recommended!

As a woman traveling alone, I felt extremely welcome and cared for by the reception staff at Astro Palace. They went out of their way to make me feel at home and provided guidance and advice beyond their scope. The hotel is beautiful, spacious, and clean, with attentive and friendly staff. The location is excellent, a short 5-10 minute walk into town but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Fira center. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel had great facilities, including a stunning pool and beautiful gardens. the location was also perfect, with easy access to cafes, restaurants, and shops. Another advantage was the friendly and helpful staff, who went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay.

We had a few issues during our stay. the jacuzzi in our room was not working properly, and there was a small leak in our shower/tub, causing the floor to get wet.

The hotel's location is perfect for exploring the island, being in the center where it is very busy but a short walk into the main street. It is also well-positioned to easily reach areas that were too far to walk to, such as the black beach. The rooms are comfortable, with amazing beds and the staff provides exceptional customer service, making sure to assist with organizing tours, dinner reservations, and travel arrangements all over the island.

It would have been better if there were non-smoking rooms available to ensure a completely smoke-free environment.
