This hotel was ideal for my business needs in the area, making it easy to get where I needed to be. It was also located conveniently close to all of the Black Friday shopping mess and great food places, giving me plenty of choices. The rooms were comfortable, quiet, and clean, with plenty of towels and washcloths provided. I especially enjoyed the view overlooking the pool.

The temperature in the hallway just couldn't compensate for how awesome everything else was.

Lack of front desk staff presence upon arrival and departure, resulting in a wait for assistance. the shower water never got hot, which was disappointing and made for an uncomfortable bathing experience.

The staff answered my urgent call at midnight to fix my AC that was blowing warm air. They quickly identified and fixed the issue. The room was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was decent. Overall I’d recommend this hotel.

This hotel is conveniently located coast to coast on I-40, close to everything and all the great restaurants in the town. The staff provides great service, and the basic amenities such as rooms for the temperature in the hallway and a pullout sofa are very comfortable. The breakfast has a variety of options, including whole milk.
