The rooms were well-designed, comfortable, and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful, available at any hour. The hotel was exceptionally clean and had an elevator for easy access. The bathroom was also good, and the staff spoke good English.

The rooms were not soundproof, as advertised, and noise from the corridor was easily heard. The balconies were small and connected to the neighboring rooms, lacking privacy.
