We had a fantastic stay at One Smart Hotel in the heart of Athens. the hotel is conveniently located near Omonia square and the metro station, making it easy to explore the city. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring all our requests were met. the hotel boasts a modern design with comfortable rooms equipped with wireless chargers for smartphones. We were pleasantly surprised to find freshly-made cakes for breakfast, and the bar on the ground floor, attended by the welcoming bartender Apostolis, is a must-visit. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely return!

The breakfast was amazing! There was a wide variety of options, including some traditional choices. Plus, the staff at reception were friendly and helpful. the location was convenient, with quick access to public transportation and a reasonable distance from major tourist sites.

The bathroom door was a bit awkward and it was a bit challenging to walk with heavy luggage from the metro, so a taxi was necessary. the location may not be the best for solo female travelers, as there may be a few safety concerns.

As longer-term business travellers, we really enjoyed the very comfortable and clean rooms at the Athens One Smart Hotel. The pillows were great, and the air conditioning was awesome - a much-needed relief after a hot day of exploring. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive to our needs, and the breakfast served at the hotel was delicious.

The hotel is conveniently located on a very busy street, making it easy to access the main attractions. It is situated between two metro stops, allowing for convenient transportation. Additionally, the hotel is surrounded by a vibrant Middle Eastern area, offering an authentic cultural experience.

There was an issue with the hot water during our stay. Despite reporting it, the problem persisted.

The staff was amazing, modern and well-equipped room, helpful and friendly staff, excellent value for money, comfortable and clean rooms.

The breakfast at Athens One Smart Hotel was absolutely exceptional. I felt like I was dining in a five-star restaurant with all the delicious options they had available. From scrambled eggs to a variety of breads and pastries, fresh tomatoes, cold meats and cheeses, and even bacon. The quality of the food was outstanding, and I couldn't have asked for a better start to my day. Plus, the room I stayed in was perfect for my family of four, with a convenient divider door between the two bedrooms. The bathroom and shower were modern and recently renovated, adding to the comfort of the room. The front desk staff were also very welcoming and accommodating, making the check-in process smooth and friendly. I was pleasantly surprised by the efforts of the management to make our stay enjoyable.

Although the hotel met our needs and the staff were helpful, it is important to note that the location of Athens One Smart Hotel is not the best, especially at night. We were warned by the taxi driver and even the hotel staff did not recommend walking around the area, due to safety concerns.
