This hotel is amazing value for money. The attention to detail is fantastic, from the quality amenities to the comfortable beds. The location is perfect, just a stone's throw away from the subway station and surrounded by restaurants and shops. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. I loved my room with a balcony on the third floor, and the breakfast served each morning was delicious.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel! the location is fantastic, just a short walk from the train station entrance and close to all the main shops and restaurants. Secondly, the rooms exceeded my expectations, being bigger than I thought and very clean. I also appreciated the attention to detail, with an assortment of amenities provided, including shampoo and fabric refresher spray. Lastly, the breakfast served was excellent and well presented, with delicious coffee to start the day.

We had an excellent stay at a hotel with great service and a convenient location. The staff went above and beyond to assist us when we had a problem with the laundry machine. They even refunded our money directly from the reception desk. The WiFi was amazing and we were pleasantly surprised to find a Netflix app on the TV. The central location made it easy to access the train station. The hotel felt very new and the large lobby was beautiful. Despite not having coffee, milk, or tea in the room, there was a shop just a two-minute walk away. The room had a fridge and kettle, so it wasn't really a problem. The shower was a bit of a challenge due to the big step, but it didn't bother us. The hotel's location next to Sannomiya Station and the bus to Kansai Airport was fantastic. The staff were incredibly helpful and polite, even keeping our luggage while we went on a trip to another part of Japan. The hotel was great value for money and the washing machines were very useful. We also appreciated the safety deposit box in the room and the Japanese-style toilet. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location of this hotel is amazing - right next to Sannomiya Station and close to public transport. It's so convenient to get around the city. The staff members are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast served is delicious. The hotel facilities are top-notch and everything is kept clean.

The hotel was located in a great spot near a train station and a lot of good restaurants. the rooms were big and clean. the best part was that the hotel offered a complimentary luggage storage service before check-in and the Wi-Fi was fast.

The lighting in the room was a bit too dim, and there wasn't much of a view from the room. the vending machines were only located on the fifth floor, but it wasn't a big issue since a convenience store was located nearby.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Kobe. the location was superb, just a short walk from the Sannomiya train station and bus terminal. the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and they even kept our luggage for us while we went on a trip to another part of Japan. the room was spacious and the bathroom was clean. I loved that they provided fresh towels and pajamas every day. the hotel also had a coin laundry facility, which was really convenient. it was a great value for the price.

I recently stayed at the Brenza Hotel for a few nights during my business trip to Kobe. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. It was exceptionally clean and tidy, and the staff were incredibly helpful. The in-house cafe had a great latte and the hotel had a modernist design that was reminiscent of Sweden. The beds were also very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The location was very convenient, as it was within walking distance of the train station and bus terminal. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend the Brenza Hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel, Brenza. The location was incredibly convenient, just a 3-minute walk to the station. We loved having a Lawson shop downstairs for all our needs. The hotel itself was clean and the staff was kind and professional. They went above and beyond when I experienced strong stomach pain and allowed me to check out later than usual free of charge. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large TV and a cozy bed. We will definitely choose to stay at this hotel again.
