the property features a hot tub, which was a relaxing treat after a long day of meetings. the general standard of the rooms and common areas was very good, and the outside space with plenty of sun beds and shady areas was ideal for unwinding. I particularly appreciated the upgrade we received after expressing our concerns about the initial room, showcasing the manager's dedication to guest satisfaction. the pools, pine forest, beach, and evening cultural program added to the overall charm of the resort. As for minor improvements, the standard of food could have been better in terms of variety, and the drinks in the all-inclusive package fell short of our expectations, especially the house wines. Despite the enjoyable live music in the evenings, it was often too loud, hindering conversations and occasionally clashing with other music. With a few tweaks to the dining options and entertainment volume, this resort has the potential to truly shine.

atlantica in was an excellent choice for our family holiday. the room upgrade to a pool view with a private pool was a lovely surprise. the staff, especially Mario at reception, provided exceptional service. Daily cleaning was of a high standard, and the food choices were diverse and satisfying. Access to a small beach area near the water slides was convenient, and the olive grove provided a relaxing atmosphere.

Enjoyed 24-hour services, including delicious meals and fun activities. the beach was perfect for a dip after the slides. The free parking was handy, as I had to flee from the loud poolside aerobics. Cons: Swimming pools were a bit too crowded for my taste! .

the sunset views over the sea were jaw, dropping, and the range of water slides and lifeguard service made for a super family, friendly experience. the daily food choices were varied, and the small beach area near the slides provided a relaxing retreat with waiter service for drinks , amazing! the access to quad bikes for island exploration was a fantastic bonus. It was an unforgettable experience with top, notch amenities and friendly staff all around , DEFINITELY a place I'd recommend to friends! .

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in a pool view room which was impeccably clean. the staff provided excellent support and service, especially Mario at the reception. Although some aspects like room fixtures and entertainment variety can be improved, the overall experience was pleasant with great food choices and access to a small beach.

I am a keen traveller with an electric chair for exploring. My stay was okay but noisy – plastic cups at night, really? the room needed a spruce up, but the upgrade was a nice touch. Shoutout to the Head Chef for knowing my condition and the to-go boxes! Ears still ringing from the clashing tunes, though. Cheers to the lovely staff, but can we dial down the drama next time? .

The hotel had spacious rooms with a fully working kitchen and a cozy fireplace. The bed was very comfortable and the staff was friendly. The breakfast menu changed daily and the hotel was conveniently located near restaurants and a grocery store. Parking was available and the hotel had amenities like a grill, pool, and gazebo. The location was ideal for exploring Sunset Crater, Wupatki, and the Grand Canyon.

Everything was spot on.
