We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The bathroom was a decent size, and the hotel had all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect for us, as it was within walking distance to a number of restaurants, shops, and bars in the Shinsekai area. The hotel was also conveniently located near the metro and JR stations, making it easy for us to explore the city. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, and check-in and check-out were a breeze.

The staff were also helpful and accommodating, and the hotel provided free baggage storage on both check-in and check-out days. The cleanliness and facilities of the hotel were top-notch, and the air conditioning and bathroom amenities met the high standards Japan is known for.

One of our favorite experiences was taking a seat at the entrance of a charming restaurant and indulging in delicious local cuisine. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and a standard bathroom with all necessary amenities. The hotel also provided free hot drinks in their guest lounge, a convenient perk.

The language barrier with the staff made communication a bit challenging.

I recently stayed at Joytel Hotel Shinsekai Sakaisujidori for 3 nights during my trip to Osaka. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the JR station and the bustling Shinsekai area. The staff provided excellent service and were always helpful, especially Mr. Jin Dobashi, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with fast wifi. The convenience store right outside was a bonus. I had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

The convenience of having a built-in chromecast in the TV was a great bonus, perfect for winding down before bedtime. The laundry facilities were also a huge help, especially the wash/dryer with the ability to check the status from your room. The room itself was spacious enough to accommodate our luggage comfortably. Comfy beds ensured a good night's sleep.

While the breakfast menu was set and couldn't be adapted to personal preferences, it was still enjoyable. Additionally, the bathroom had a slight wet smell, but it wasn't a major issue.

The room was sparkling clean and spacious. the hotel's prime location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area: a quick five-minute walk to the train station and local transportation. We enjoyed taking advantage of the many amenities in the vicinity, including delicious food and a variety of shopping options. the staff was exceptional in their assistance and accommodated our requests easily.

For instance, the tap water in our room was either too scorching or too cold, and the breakfast was not included and fully booked when we tried to purchase it separately. Finally, while the staff was kind, they had trouble communicating in English, making it a challenge to understand their directions.
