The location right by the beach was perfect for me, as I love spending time by the sea. The hotel facilities were great, especially the pools which were clean and well-maintained. The breakfast provided was delicious and varied, with a wide range of options to choose from. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or requests I had. The hotel's cleanliness was also impressive, with the rooms being modern and very clean. my experience here was amazing!

Spent terrible Xmas holidays at a place that offers nothing to remember but the sound of the sea. the view was amazing, the hotel's location was perfect, right next to the beach and the staff was helpful. It was a relaxing place with nearby restaurants offering reasonable prices that helped us escape the hotel's mediocre food.

The hotel was a real disappointment. the breakfast was lousy and repetitive, with horrible coffee and an orange drink that tasted like sour medicine.

I had a wonderful stay at the Bali Diamond hotel. The unique look and beautiful areas to relax made it a truly special experience. The views from the hotel were absolutely breathtaking. Despite the hills in Bali, I found it to be a great leg workout, so I didn't need to visit the gym. The location of the hotel made it easy to access the nearby beaches, which was a big plus. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options and the staff went above and beyond to assist me during my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its stunning ambiance and exceptional service.

I recently stayed at Bali Diamond and had an amazing experience. The hotel offered fantastic facilities including two pools, tea and coffee in the rooms, and a clean and modern bathroom. The highlight was definitely the balcony with its breathtaking view. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the breakfast, which was made fresh every morning, was second to none. The location was also perfect, with four nearby beaches and easy access to tours and other attractions such as Herakleion, Rethymon, and Agia Pelagia.

Excellent staff, quick check-in, fantastic room with comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, big balcony. Daily cleaning service and fresh towels. Plentiful breakfast with a lovely dining area. Great location near the beach and tavernas. Gifted local wine for our anniversary. Would definitely return.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for the money at this lovely boutique hotel. The room was spacious and the walk-in shower had great water pressure. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, arranging airport transfers and going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The pools were fantastic, especially the larger one on the lower terrace. Getting a sunbed was never a problem and the beach opposite the hotel was beautiful. We also discovered a smaller beach nearby that we absolutely loved. The hotel breakfast was excellent, and the lady who ran the breakfast service even made my favorite loukoumades on our last day. Highly recommended for a special stay on Crete.

We had such a great time at this boutique hotel! The location was perfect, right on a lovely beach, and there were four amazing restaurants just a stone's throw away. The hotel itself was situated on a hill, which gave us breathtaking views of Varkotopos Beach. Our room was spacious and modern, with a comfortable bed and a powerful shower. The staff were friendly and always went above and beyond to assist us. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast, which had a great variety of options. a fantastic experience!

One minor downside was the slightly tricky air conditioning system. The balcony door needed to be closed in order to start the AC, and it took a few attempts of opening and closing the door before it finally started.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, making us feel valued as guests. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious with fantastic views. The private veranda provided a sense of privacy and the perfect spot to enjoy the all-day sun. We also appreciated the excellent service room service and the availability of car hire. The hotel's location right next to the beach was ideal.
