We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location on top of a hill overlooking the Cretan sea was breathtaking. The rooms were comfortable and had all the necessary amenities like a balcony and sitting area. The service was excellent, with room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping available. We also appreciated the shops and commercial services on-site, as well as the laundry and doctor on call. The hotel provided a taxi service, making it easy for us to explore the surrounding area. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction.

This place is highly recommended to all.

The all-inclusive drink options were disappointing. Getting to different parts of the hotel required significant walking and navigating stairs.

We stayed in a lovely room away from the main building, which was great for some peace and quiet. There was a pool nearby with plenty of sun loungers, perfect for relaxing. Our room was cleaned every day and had amazing sea views. On my husband's birthday, we were upgraded to a Jacuzzi suite with a huge terrace area. The views were breathtaking.

The food could have been better.
