We had an incredible stay at Jolie Ville Golf & Resort. Our upgraded room had a stunning view of the ocean and a spacious balcony. It was spotlessly clean, and we felt extremely comfortable. the easy access to the fabulous reef allowed us to snorkel every day. the food at the resort was delicious, healthy, and offered a wide variety of options. the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially Mr Diaa at the reception who went above and beyond to assist us. our experience was fantastic, and we can't wait to return.

The staff was great and very helpful. We received early check-in and late check-out free of charge. The food was also very nice. The beach was amazing and perfect for snorkeling. The pool at the Royal Wing was good. One of the cheapest five-star options.

The cleanliness of the main buffet area needs improvement. The tables were sticky and not cleaned properly.

The hotel has its own coral reef, excellent for snorkeling with lots of fish and nice-looking corals. The grounds are large with two big pools, one somewhat heated. There are table tennis and a kids club. The rooms are large with big balconies overlooking the pool. The diving center in the hotel is excellent. The food has a good and tasty selection of Arabic sweets and fresh vegetables. The hotel offers various excursions and activities, such as parasailing, camel riding, and quad biking. The staff is extremely helpful and welcoming, making guests feel at home. The heated pool and beach are perfect for water sports and sunbathing.

I had an amazing time snorkeling at the hotel's coral reef, it was a breathtaking experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the animation team kept us entertained all day. I would highly recommend this resort for a relaxing getaway.

It can be a little hard to find taxis during events, but once on the property, you’ll have easy access to a parfume shop and beachside café. The rooms are large, tidy, and come with a stunning view of the crystal-clear sea. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring you have a relaxing and comfortable stay. Don't miss out on the fantastic breakfast every morning, with a range of options to suit every taste.

While there are plenty of positives, one downside is the lack of comfortable beds and pillows.

Large property with several pools, spacious and nicely decorated rooms with seating area and beautiful views. The beach is in a short walk distance, wooden decks and lounges offer privacy and comfort for swimming and sunbathing. The staff is friendly, always available, and helpful, providing excellent hospitality. The restaurant offers a wide range of dishes for all tastes, including healthy, oriental, and European specialties. The coral reef and snorkeling activities are an absolute delight.

Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

The Christmas holidays were amazing! Everything was perfect, from the delicious food served to the comfortable and spacious room. We loved the fact that the hotel offered us complimentary towels for the beach and the pool, and even more, they gave us complimentary snacks and drinks in our room when we arrived. the location was also perfect, with easy access to the beach and other amenities around.

The worst aspect was that there was no clear indication of where to go for different services like the restaurants and other facilities. the staff were not always helpful and friendly, and it made us feel like we were inconveniencing them with our requests.

We loved staying here! This place is perfectly located on the beach area, with fabulous reef access. Everything was close by, including the airport, restaurants, and shops, and the staff was incredibly helpful and professional. We especially appreciated the room amenities, like the terrace and in-room dining table. We also enjoyed the spa and wellness centre, with its body wraps, beauty treatments, and massage services. Cons: Highly recommended to everyone!

This hotel offers great value for money with basic amenities, rooms with a wonderful view, and breakfast included. The location on the beach side is perfect for relaxing with a lovely view attached.

Everything was ok.

the Spa & wellness centre, sauna and outdoor swimming pool are exceptional. the beach access was easy and the water sports were great fun. the restaurant has a buffet breakfast and an in-room breakfast which was perfect. the poolside snack bar and bar/lounge area were great for relaxing. the private facilities were a great advantage.

The only negative I experienced was the entertainment. There was not much available and some nights it was non-existent.

We had a fantastic stay at the resort and one of the highlights was the exceptional taxi service provided by Bassam and his colleagues. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience, offering advice on local areas and the best places to eat. The staff members were extremely helpful and the drivers were always willing to assist us. We relied on Bassam's service every day and he even offered us a free lift to the airport when our flight company forgot to pick us up. Top-notch service!
