We loved the location of the hotel, as it was conveniently situated next to a vibrant street filled with bars and restaurants. It was a great spot to go out with friends at night and enjoy the lively atmosphere. The hotel was also close to the old port, making it easy for us to explore and experience the beauty of the city. The rooms were spacious and modern, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The staff provided excellent service and were always there to assist us. we had a great time at this hotel.

The parking situation in the area was a bit tricky, especially in the evening when it was crowded. However, we found a convenient parking lot nearby on the main street where we had to pay for parking, which solved the problem for us.

The location near the main attractions was great, we could explore the whole area with ease. the room was spacious and modern, decorated with great taste. We really liked the complimentary beverages in the mini-fridge. It was a relief to have something cold to drink after the long trip. the customer service was exceptional, ensuring that our experience was perfect.

The building lacked soundproofing between floors, and the noise from other rooms was bothersome at night. Another issue was the difficulty in finding the property and lack of nearby parking, we had to haul our luggage around the narrow streets.

The Deluxe Suite with Balcony was worth it, with a huge and comfortable room. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Chania.
