From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly gracious and helpful, providing excellent recommendations for sights and restaurants. The highlight of my stay was the exceptional upgrade to a beautiful suite with my own Hammam. The breakfast at the hotel was generous and varied, with delicious and fresh options. I also appreciated the location near the port, which allowed me to immerse myself in the local culture and architecture. Casa Delfino Hotel & Spa provided the perfect balance of luxury and authenticity, making my stay in Chania unforgettable.

The courtyard for breakfast was beautiful and calming. The master room had a great design and a comfortable bed. The SPA treatments were exactly what we needed, and the staff allowed us to stay longer. The staff was very accommodating, arranging a birthday cake and providing gluten-free breakfast options. The property is located near the harbor and restaurants but not noisy. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. The hotel is tastefully decorated and has a great historical background. Highly recommend for overnight or longer stays.

The hotel is in a prime location, just steps away from the bustling harbor front in the heart of the Old Town. We were able to enjoy stunning views of the harbor and the surrounding area from the rooftop terrace. The room we stayed in was comfortable and well-appointed, with a spacious bathroom and all the necessary amenities. The staff provided exceptional service and were attentive to our needs. The breakfast offered a delicious variety of homemade Cretan dishes to start off our day.

We did encounter a minor inconvenience with the water temperature in the shower, as it was difficult to maintain a consistent temperature.

Best Place to Stay in Old Harbour! The hotel was in the perfect location, just a few minutes walk to the harbour, and had a beautiful view from the rooftop terrace. the staff were extremely helpful and organized extra services like a birthday cake for us. the complimentary breakfast was delicious and served in a beautiful courtyard.

Our shower had a slight issue with drainage, but other than that, there were no major problems. a great place to stay in the heart of the action.

Amazing suite, fabulous breakfast, beautiful spa, rooftop bar, perfect location in old town. Staff went above and beyond, especially with our son. Definitely recommend. Home away from home.

One small downside was the occasional issue with the air conditioner, which didn't work properly in some rooms.

This hotel is a luxurious hidden gem with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all our needs. the service was exceptional, and the Spa & wellness centre provided a relaxing experience with a Jacuzzi, massage, steam room, and Turkish bath. the sun terrace with comfortable sun loungers and garden area provided the perfect spot to soak up the Mediterranean sun. In-room breakfast was a nice touch, and the bar/lounge area offered delicious drinks. the breakfast was outstanding, with special diet menus available to cater to all needs.
