I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Close to everything downtown, it made exploring the city a breeze. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, giving it a cozy cabin feel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with restaurant menus and even suggestions for sightseeing.

Stayed at a lodge in Grand Lake where staff were incredibly nice, room was clean and fresh, pillows and towels were soft, and location was convenient to shops and dining. Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby, and only a short walk to the lake. Lobby also had a gas station for added convenience.

The lodge is also close to the lake and the lobby doubles as a convenience store.

I was excited to visit Grand Lake and decided to stay at a cozy lodge. However, when we arrived, our room wasn't ready. On top of that, the noisy neighbors kept us up late into the night. The lodge then placed us on the second floor, which was unsafe due to steep and narrow stairs – especially for us, both in our 70s. The lack of personal contact throughout our stay was also a letdown. Additionally, the room became unbearably hot, and we couldn't open the window due to security concerns. Lastly, the bed was uncomfortably hard.
