The location was unbeatable, right in the heart of the city center with stunning views of both the city and the sea. The staff treated us with utmost professionalism and went above and beyond to help us plan a surprise birthday celebration for my girlfriend. We will definitely be recommending this hotel to others!

The hotel had a great location, clean rooms with all necessary amenities, and exceptional sea views. The staff were friendly and professional, especially the person who checked us in on the 17th of July. Additionally, the hotel arranged car rental and even provided pizzas one evening when the kitchen was closed.

I recently stayed at Casa Porto in Agios Nikolaos and had a fantastic time. The hotel is brand new and modern, with comfortable beds and powerful air conditioning in every room. The shower had excellent pressure and plenty of space. The owner and son were very friendly and the staff was extremely helpful. Athena, the receptionist, had a great sense of humor. The location was perfect, close to the center, restaurants, shops, and cafes. The free parking was a bonus. The breakfast had a great and varied choice. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be coming back soon!

The location of the hotel was amazing - right on the waterfront and within walking distance of the town with its many restaurants and bars. It was so convenient to have everything at our doorstep. the hotel itself was modern and intimate, making it a cozy and comfortable place to stay. the staff were also friendly and always ready to help with any questions or requests.

That we didn't book enough nights. We wished we could have stayed longer to fully enjoy the hotel and the beautiful surroundings.

The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of dishes prepared by a talented chef. The hotel also provided free and easy parking at a nearby port parking lot. We also appreciated the fast internet and smart TVs with Netflix and Amazon Prime. Casa Porto Boutique Hotel exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it as a base for exploring the beautiful Lasithi Province in Crete.
