As women travelling alone, we felt completely safe and secure at Jatra. The staff were friendly and always had a smile on their faces. The location in Banani was perfect, with plenty of amenities nearby. The complimentary breakfast can be delivered to your room, adding convenience to our stay. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a super comfortable bed. The TV even had Netflix, allowing us to unwind and relax after a long day of exploring.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, situated in the heart of the diplomatic area with easy access to nearby attractions. The service was exceptional with attentive and friendly staff who always had a smile on their faces. The room was spacious and comfortable, equipped with all the amenities I needed for a pleasant stay. The hotel also offers a range of convenient services such as room service, car hire, and airport shuttle, making my stay even more hassle-free. The cleanliness and hygiene of the place were top-notch, ensuring a comfortable and safe environment.

The only downside I found was that the quality of the mattress could have been better.

Spent Christmas at a hotel and had a great time. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved the complementary hot showers that warmed me up during the cold Dhaka winter. They also had complementary breakfast, with a variety of food choices like fruits, eggs, and pastries. The hotel is located in a prime spot, with nearby restaurants, shopping areas, and tourist attractions, all within walking distance. , the hotel's internet connection was fantastic, which was a great advantage for me as a remote worker.

Our stay at Jatra Flagship was fantastic. The staff, especially Sakib and Shaharia, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and accommodated. The location was perfect, and the room was spacious and clean. Despite a few mosquitoes and weak wifi in the bedroom, we still highly recommend this hotel. I would recommend staying at Jatra Flagship for a great experience.

We had an amazing stay at a hotel located in a peaceful area of Dhaka. The spacious room provided us with a comfortable environment, and the cleanliness was exceptional. The friendly and helpful staff made our experience even more delightful. Furthermore, the breakfast options were basic but fresh, including delicious fruits and toast. the hotel offered great value for money and was conveniently situated in the Gulshan-Banani area. We would definitely recommend this place for a pleasant stay.

We did notice a slight smell of smoking in the common area at times. It would be beneficial if the hotel can reinforce their no-smoking policy in these areas to improve the overall experience for guests.

The service, cleanliness, and room size at Jatra were excellent. The staff was helpful and friendly, providing great assistance. The room service food was tasty and the breakfast had a good variety. They even went above and beyond to quickly retrieve and deliver a lost phone. Highly recommended!

Comfortable bed, clean room, Netflix on TV, breakfast delivered, friendly staff. Favourite in Dhaka, best value. Spacious room with big bed and TV, bathtub and hot shower in bathroom. Cordial staff, available to requests. Excellent location in Gulshan 2. Great service, always smiling staff. Nando's and Peyala cafe available. Will definitely return.
