Modern, clean, comfortable apartments. Perfect location in a beautiful Greek fishing village. Excellent restaurants, supermarkets, and bakery nearby. Friendly and welcoming locals. Helpful and accommodating staff. Ideal distance from Heraklion airport and close to Rethymno.

For us it was ideal.

We got great value for our money with a clean, pleasant sea-view room overlooking the harbour. The location in the charming village of Panormo was perfect, with two quiet beaches just minutes away and convenient supermarkets nearby. The staff, especially Tina, were caring and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

The breakfast offerings could be improved with more variety and options.

We stayed at Castello Apartments in Panormo for a wonderful week-long family vacation. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants, supermarkets, and bakeries. Our top room offered breathtaking sea views and a spacious patio for enjoying the sunrise and sunset. Tina, the manager, was incredibly helpful and accommodating, even providing a baby crib for our son. The apartments were modern and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and efficient A/C. we highly recommend these apartments for families traveling with kids.

We do recommend this hotel.

The staff were warm and friendly, always ready to help with a big smile. Magdalena, thank you! The room had a beautiful sea view with a small balcony for enjoying the sunset. There were two beaches just 30 meters from the entrance, restaurants within a short walking distance, and a supermarket only 50 meters away. The location was perfect, being just a few minutes' drive from the main road connecting Heraklion and Chania. The welcome gifts, including breakfast and rika, were a nice touch. a perfect location for exploring the region.
