The service is exceptional, with young and polite staff who go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. The breakfast is included in the room price and offers a variety of delicious options. The only downside is the noisy delivery from the Co-op at 6am. However, this minor inconvenience does not overshadow the overall positive experience.

The restaurant offers a fantastic Sunday lunch menu with a good selection of meats, and the service is generally good.

The staff were incredibly helpful and the restaurant exceeded our expectations. Our room had a stunning view of the river and the beds were so comfortable. The hotel's location was ideal for exploring the Historic Dock, Dickens World, and the Dockside Outlet. The room was clean and spacious, with luxurious bedding and fluffy towels. The bar had a great selection of real ales and the breakfast, cooked to order, was absolutely delicious.

We had a really quirky and unusual stay at this boutique hotel located on the marina. The atmosphere was great and the rooms were spacious and clean. We enjoyed the tasty breakfast included in the price, although it would have been even better with fresh fruit and yogurt. The location was also great, with a shopping outlet just a 5-minute walk away.

The outdoor furniture on the balcony could have been better, with only two seat cushions provided and no matching cushions. It would have been nice to have plant pots and heaters for colder nights.
