I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The modern and clean facilities were impeccable. The reception staff were wonderful, going above and beyond to accommodate my friend's disability needs. The room was perfect, and the staff made sure we had everything we needed. The location was ideal, close to restaurants and, most importantly, the Harry Potter Studios. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and cooked to perfection, and the dining room staff were friendly and attentive.

They were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel's location was great, and we especially loved the deluxe rooms with a pool view. we highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area.

During my stay at Castro, I was pleasantly surprised by the generous and varied complimentary breakfast. The hotel's own restaurant also offered a 10% discount, making dining convenient and affordable. The staff were incredibly helpful, providing information on local transport and assisting with printing boarding passes and sending postcards. The free luggage storage was also a plus. The location was ideal, with my room being just a 5-minute walk from the bus stop, making it easy to explore the area. Additionally, my room had a balcony, adding a nice touch to my stay.

While my overall experience was positive, there were a couple of drawbacks. the swimming pool opening hours were quite short, and I would have preferred longer evening hours.

The hotel staff is friendly and welcoming, ensuring a pleasant experience for visitors. The breakfast, while not exceptional, offers a decent continental spread to start your day. The air conditioning in the rooms is a major advantage, especially during hot weather.

Spent Easter at this hotel and it was a great experience. Loved spending time by the pool and enjoying the tasty Greek cuisine at the restaurant. The rooms were kept clean and tidy by the friendly staff. loved the fact that the hotel was just a short walk away from the beach and had a bus stop right outside providing easy access to nearby attractions.

The lack of free wifi which was quite pricey. the breakfast options were limited and could use some improvement.
