This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are reasonable, especially considering its proximity to the Vatican museum and two metro stops that can take you to all the main sites in Rome. The staff is attentive and provides helpful recommendations. The rooms are comfortable and equipped with basic amenities, including a wide-screen TV, large bathrooms, and air conditioning. Additionally, the breakfast provided is ample and satisfying.

The only minor improvement needed is to address the issue of the slippery flooring in the shower.

The staff at this hotel was incredibly nice and friendly. the breakfast coffee was of very good quality, which was a pleasant surprise compared to other Italian hotels. the hotel's proximity to the Vatican was ideal, as it was just a short walk away. the windows in the rooms were soundproof, ensuring a peaceful stay even with the bustling street outside.

Great value for the money! The room was beautiful, with a balcony overlooking the Vatican walls. The location was perfect, just steps away from the Vatican Museum entrance. The staff, especially Sylvia, were incredibly helpful and made us feel welcomed and at home.

Hotel breakfast could be improved with fresher options and a better toaster.

Location: the hotel is perfectly located near key attractions, making it convenient for sightseeing. It was a short walk to the tourist spots we wanted to visit during our Christmas trip.

Noisy rooms: Unfortunately, the rooms were not well soundproofed, and we could hear noise from the street and neighboring rooms. It made it difficult to get a good night's sleep, especially during the festive season.

Irene and her cousin at reception went out of their way to provide us with excellent suggestions and make our trip even more enjoyable. We also appreciated Francesco's graciousness and the delicious breakfast he prepared for us every morning. the room we stayed in was on par with the quality of the Marriott in Zurich, which was the only other room on our trip that reached the same level of luxury. This hotel truly feels like a hidden gem in the city.

For us, it was the ideal stay. 👌

There is no karaoke or casino available at the hotel.

Had an amazing city break with some friends. the hotel had a great location, we were able to walk to most of the major attractions and there were plenty of places nearby to eat. the front desk staff were helpful and even offered us a cup of coffee on arrival which was a nice touch. the breakfast spread was good too, and it was complimentary. the hotel had a lot of complementary factors and we enjoyed our stay here.

The standard room we booked was a bit of a let-down. It was cramped and the bed was not very comfortable.

The location of Hotel Museum was perfect for visiting the Vatican. It was just a short walk away from the entrance to the Vatican Museum, where the Sistine Chapel is located. There were also plenty of restaurants in walking distance, and a small market nearby for groceries. the staff at the front desk, particularly Barbara, were extremely friendly and helpful. They assisted with making reservations and calling taxis. the breakfast at the hotel was the best we had during our trip, with a variety of delicious options. the lobby and rooms were also beautifully designed. it was a great value for money and the staff made us feel comfortable and well taken care of.
