The rooms had stunning views and were spacious which was great for our family of four. Having a private pool was a luxury that added to the overall relaxing experience. the location felt isolated, perfect for those who want to unwind from city life. We enjoyed the short walk to nearby restaurants and beaches.

While the staff were friendly and welcoming, there could have been more entertainment options later in the evening. certain amenities could be improved, such as the noise level near rooms close to the elevator, the breakfast selection for tea lovers, and the lack of a set menu in the evening.

I had one of the best holiday experiences at this hotel. The staff, especially Stefania, was incredibly attentive and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located, close to Plaka and a short car ride away from bustling Elounda. I loved that I could walk to the beach and the resort town of Plaka. The breakfast was exceptional, with many great options, and the staff were always attentive and helpful. The hotel facilities, including the grand pool and pool bar, were fantastic. The private dinner organized for our special occasion was superb, and the olive oil experience was a highlight. The view over the sea from our room, with a private pool, was stunning. The architecture of the hotel was exceptional.

During my stay, I had a fantastic experience at a resort located right on the coast. The stunning views of the bay and the crystal-clear sea were absolutely breathtaking. The location was also ideal for exploring the eastern half of Crete, including a visit to the famous Knossos. The staff, especially Stefania, went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The private beach bar at Plaka beach was a great addition, and the room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options, and the facilities, including a gym and spa treatments, were top-notch.

One minor issue was the softness of the beds, which didn't suit our personal preference.

The hotel boasts of luxurious amenities and facilities. the staff are exceptionally professional and welcoming, and the service is top-notch. the swimming pool and the sea view are amazing with crystal clear waters. the rooms are nicely decorated with a fantastic interior design. the breakfast is delicious and comes with local treats. the private facilities like the sauna, steam room and treatment rooms are exclusive and provide an unforgettable experience.

While there are a lot of things to appreciate about this hotel, there is one notable setback. the location is a bit far from other attractions, and it needs more restaurants and bars for convenience.

We had an amazing honeymoon at Cayo and never wanted to leave! The resort's architecture and design were breathtaking, and our room with a private pool had a stunning view of the sea. The staff, especially Lena at breakfast, were warm and welcoming. We enjoyed a lovely dinner at Kelari and the included breakfast was delicious. The staff helped us with transportation and renting a car to explore the eastern part of Crete. we had an unforgettable experience and would highly recommend Cayo Exclusive Resort & Spa.
