Great staff, super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing with lots of options. Beautifully decorated and clean rooms. Excellent location, close to coffee shops, restaurants, and gardens. Can't wait to stay again.

The panoramic views of the sea and city were stunning. I was pleasantly surprised with the wide range of delicious food options available at breakfast. Additionally, the Turkish restaurant had some of the most amazing food I have ever tasted. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in the mountains, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service. The room was spacious and clean, and I loved the balcony which offered a breathtaking view of the surrounding nature. The staff was very helpful and offered great room service. They took care of everything from the laundry to the valet parking, and provided a shuttle service whenever I needed it.

This hotel is located at a great spot on top of a hill, with a fantastic view of the city and the Black Sea. It's also close to the city centre and airport, making it convenient for travellers. The rooms are spacious with modern designs, and the balcony provides an amazing view. Guests can enjoy a good breakfast and amazing facilities, including a hamam and steam room.

Some staff were not trained well and were partially unfriendly towards guests.

If you want to rest from the city bustle, the hotel’s location in the hill ensures peace and quiet. In addition, the staff is accommodating and the rooms with a view on the higher floors are worth it. The breakfast spread is impressive too.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel with exclusive amenities that met our luxurious needs. the service was exceptional, the Spa & wellness centre was relaxing, and the indoor swimming pool, sauna and steam room were amazing.

The only minor issue we had was that the location was a bit far from everything, but this was easily compensated for by the shuttle services provided by the hotel. we had a great experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay.

What a gem of a place for an Easter escape! the complementary drinks and snacks were a fabulous touch. the view from the balcony was breathtaking – we had a clear view of the misty mountains! And with just a short walk to the historic downtown, the location couldn’t be beat. the pool was gorgeous, as was the sea view. We all felt pampered by the attentive service of the staff.

The food on offer was not always up to our expectations and we found the pictures on the website to be misleading. We had difficulty finding the hotel at first and regretted taking the shortcut through the backstreets.
