The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and provided exceptional service. The location of the hotel was perfect, centrally located but also calm and peaceful. The convenience of having a beach right by the hotel with reserved chairs was a plus. The breakfast was delicious and the staff at the restaurant was wonderful. The rooms were spacious, clean, well-equipped, and modern. The view from the balcony and shower was amazing.

Upon arrival, the staff provided an exceptional check-in experience with a drink, hot towel, and even sushi. The room was ready early and had touchscreen panels for convenience. The bed was comfortable with plug sockets by the bedside. Complimentary drinks, coffee machine, fruit basket, and wine were provided. The rooftop had a fantastic view of the harbour and a impressive gym area. The sauna and whirlpool were perfect for relaxation. The staff were friendly and attentive. Ideal location for easy access to the old town, shops, and restaurants. Reserved sunbed area on the beach with food and drinks available. Delicious breakfast with a wide selection. Spotless and spacious room with excellent amenities. a thoroughly enjoyable stay with kind and helpful staff.

I recently stayed at this fabulous boutique hotel in Crete and had an amazing experience. The location was perfect, with several fantastic restaurants and shops just a stone's throw away. The room was spacious and modern, with excellent amenities including a brilliant shower and comfortable bed. The staff went above and beyond to provide exceptional service, and the breakfast was top-notch with a wide variety of delicious options. The view from the gym was absolutely breathtaking. I highly recommend this hotel for a truly luxurious stay.

The difficulty in finding the hotel upon arrival, as Google Maps directed us through a street that was too narrow for our car.

I recently stayed at Chania Flair Deluxe Boutique Hotel - Adults Only for a relaxing holiday getaway. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with a glass of prosecco and provided exceptional service throughout my stay. The room was spacious with a stunning sea view, and I loved the jacuzzi and terrace. The hotel was always impeccably clean and well-maintained. The breakfasts were a highlight, with a delicious and fresh alacarte menu. The location was perfect, with easy access to the nearby beach and a short walk to the old town. The staff, especially Georgia, went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable.

During our stay at Chania, we had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore both the Old Town and City Center areas, as well as enjoy the beautiful Nea Chora beach. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of freshly prepared options. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a luxurious bathroom featuring a large shower. The hotel also provided thoughtful gifts, including a welcome drink, fruit plate, and bottle of wine. The only minor drawbacks were the initial difficulty finding the hotel by car, and the slightly limited availability of beach beds. However, these small issues did not take away from our overall wonderful experience. We highly recommend this hotel for a short stay in Chania and would definitely consider returning in the future. our stay at Chania Flair was memorable and enjoyable.

We had a wonderful time during our Christmas stay at this hotel. the staff were amazing and provided exceptional service. They greeted us with a drink and a hot towel upon arrival, which was a nice touch. the location was key, as it was close to a pedestrian zone with plenty of restaurants and just a short walk from the old city and the ancient Venetian port. We also enjoyed the private beach that was available for residents, it was a great place to relax and soak up the sun.

That the sea view from some of the rooms was limited by private houses, which wasn't the most appealing sight. the pool was not open air, which was a bit disappointing.

The hotel is an exceptional and luxurious venue. the staff is exceedingly friendly and highly attentive, accommodating all of my needs. the room was spacious and modern, with exclusive amenities that were highly satisfactory. the Spa & wellness centre was exquisite, with a sauna and Jacuzzi that were impressive. the beaches are easily accessible and were a delightful addition. the full body massage was perfect, and the lounge and sun terrace were serene and relaxing.

The only minor issue I faced was that I would have preferred to have private facilities without having to request them. This should be standard in such a luxurious hotel.

We had an amazing stay at this boutique hotel. It was clean, the staff was extremely nice and helpful. the hotel has its own beach, just a short walk away, with comfortable sun beds and a waiter to take orders. the room was cleaned twice a day, and the breakfast was delicious. I recently stayed at Chania Flair Deluxe Boutique Hotel for a week-long vacation. The room was brand new and equipped with smart control, making it a modern and convenient stay. Upon arrival, we were greeted with soft drinks, a salmon snack, and hot towels, which was a thoughtful gesture. The staff, especially Georgia from the front desk, were incredibly warm and helpful throughout our stay. They even went above and beyond to find and return a camera lens cap cover that we had left in our room. The efficiency and hospitality of the service team really stood out to us.

The hotel room was great and had smart technology. the staff was exceptionally warm and helpful, even finding and mailing a lost item for us. the location was perfect, close to the beach and the old town. We also enjoyed the complimentary snacks and drinks upon arrival.

There were some small things that could have been improved, such as the lack of a proper outdoor pool and the small size of the room's closet. however, our stay was wonderful and we appreciated the great service and thoughtful amenities.
