We stayed at Civitas for a special occasion, and from the early check, in to the personalized birthday celebration, the staff exceeded our expectations. the hotel's exclusive feel, stunning pool views, and meticulous attention to detail truly set it apart. the warm hospitality of the family, run hotel, along with the modern elegance of the rooms and convenient location, made our stay unforgettable. Daily breakfast with family, owned cheeses and Andoni's ice cappuccinos added an extra touch of luxury. Cons: Would definitely recommend this hotel.

I had the most incredible stay at this resort! From the moment I arrived at the lobby, I was greeted with kindness and offered a refreshing coffee. the suites were absolutely stunning, beautifully designed with impeccable decor and a private pool that exceeded my expectations. the shower was incredible, and the provided hair and shower products made me feel like I had just had a spa treatment. the staff were phenomenal, always going above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. the three brothers who own the resort were hands-on and attentive, offering drinks and recommendations. Ira, the front desk receptionist, was especially wonderful, providing excellent recommendations and being readily available whenever I needed anything. I couldn't have asked for a better honeymoon stay. Thank you to Civitas for making my time in Milos beyond perfect!

During our Christmas stay at this gem in Milos, we were blown away by the exceptional service and attention to detail. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality, delicious welcome drinks, and top-notch amenities such as luxurious beauty products and an incredible shower experience. the location, with breathtaking private views of the sea and mountains, provided a truly unforgettable setting for our holiday getaway. Additionally, the staff, including the attentive receptionist who offered fantastic recommendations, ensured that every moment of our stay was nothing short of perfect.

It's hard to find any negative aspects to our experience at this hotel. If we had to nitpick, maybe more variety in the breakfast menu could have added a little extra touch to the overall stay.

Along with the delightful view from our room pool, our stay at Milos was truly memorable. Despite a thin sheet, our overall experience was exceptional. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

I always return here for holiday. Staff recommended a local taxi on my first stay. Free Wi-Fi, Free parking, Laundry, Flat-screen TV make me feel at home. Perfect place with hiking, diving nearby. VIP check-in/out and wheelchair access are bonuses.
