I recently had the opportunity to stay at a hotel in Athens for a business trip. Upon my arrival, there was an emergency situation and the hotel staff went above and beyond by arranging a paid taxi to transfer me to their other location. This level of service greatly impressed me and showed their commitment to their guests' comfort and convenience.

Although the hotel is situated on a central road, I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the room. Everything in the mini-bar was included in the price, providing a nice touch of hospitality.

The room was clean and spacious, the free drinks in the mini bar were a nice touch, and the breakfast had a decent variety. the staff was friendly and helpful. One great thing about the location was being right next to a big shopping mall, which was convenient to visit during down time. Another plus was having a shuttle bus available for transportation to other locations.

The noise from the nearby highway was incredibly loud and made it difficult to sleep. the area also lacked excitement and was quite far from the city center.

From the reception desk to the restaurant staff and cleaners, everyone was incredibly helpful and polite. I even decided to extend my stay because of their kindness and assistance.
