I had a great experience at Premier Hotel. the staff, particularly Siya, made me feel incredibly welcome. the cleanliness was top-notch, and I was impressed when I left the room for a while and came back to find everything in order. the front desk staff were friendly, and the convenient and free parking was a bonus. the spa was enjoyable, as I had previously experienced. Room service was available, although there was a tray charge. the well-stocked bar and complimentary mineral water in the room fridge were appreciated. I also found the bath, shower, and balcony to be nice additions to the room.

The location close to the beach was a major plus. It was great to have easy access to the beautiful coastline. Additionally, the staff was very friendly and helpful, providing great service throughout my stay. Lastly, the room I stayed in had a wonderful view, allowing me to enjoy the scenic beauty of the area.

There were several aspects of my stay that were disappointing. there were ongoing renovations which meant that many facilities were not functioning.

During my Christmas stay, I really appreciated the clean and spacious hotel room. It was a comfortable and cozy space to relax in. Additionally, the hotel offered a breakfast with a variety of food options, including lamb sausages. This was a pleasant surprise as most hotels do not cater to my dietary preferences.

There were a few aspects of my stay that I didn't appreciate. the hotel lacked some basic amenities such as a bath mat, coffee cups, teaspoons, glasses, and tissues in the room.

We loved the stunning sea view from our spacious and comfortable room. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness was outstanding. The staff provided excellent service with a friendly and welcoming attitude.

The hotel needs to improve its customer care training as we had to wait for almost an hour during check-in with an infant, even though we showed the confirmation email.
