I absolutely loved this hotel! The location was breathtaking, right in front of the volcano, offering the best views on the island. The staff provided outstanding service, from the maid service to the manager. They were always there to assist and made us feel like VIPs. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything we could possibly need, from the cozy sitting area to the in-room safe. The hotel also had a variety of dining options, from a restaurant to a bar/lounge area, and the food was delicious. The spa & wellness center was a great way to relax and unwind, with a jacuzzi and various massage options available. the quality of service and the luxurious amenities made our stay here incredible.

Our stay at Cocoon Suites was absolutely amazing! The hotel's stunning views of the caldera and panoramic sea were exactly as advertised. We loved the peaceful and private location, which allowed us to fully relax and enjoy our time in Santorini. The breakfast options were delicious, and we appreciated being able to customize our dishes. The staff, especially Nana and Nit, went above and beyond to make us feel pampered and well looked after. The private pool with a view of the sea was a definite highlight of our stay. Despite a few minor issues like the pool light turning off at 2:30 am and a loud waterfall-like sound at night, our overall experience was fantastic. We would definitely recommend Cocoon Suites for a wonderful stay in Santorini.

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, from the maid service to the manager. They made me feel right at home and even provided complimentary welcome treats and gifts. The room itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, just like the pictures shown. The private swimming pool was huge and the terrace had a decent amount of privacy.
