The service was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful, upgrading us to a beautiful suite. The breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of options. The hotel had multiple beach points and a large pool. The setting was sublime, and the rooms were comfortable and clean.

Nothing, it was perfect.

However, there were some highlights which are worth mentioning. the breakfast spread was impressive, with a variety of options to choose from. the location of the resort was perfect, with beautiful views of the mountains and the sea.

The negatives far outweighed the positives. the room we were given lacked basic amenities and had outdated décor.

The stunning views from the hotel were absolutely breathtaking, especially the views of the sea from our room. the water sports center was also a highlight, offering a variety of activities such as waterskiing and paddleboarding. We had so much fun trying out the different water sports and even tried the new dive school. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, with a special mention to Alexos in the main restaurant who provided excellent service.

One of the aspects we didn't enjoy was the below average quality of the food at both dinner and breakfast. It could have been better in terms of taste and variety.

This hotel is a wonderful venue for a luxurious stay. The exclusive amenities offer everything you could need for a pampering experience. The spa and wellness center is outstanding, with a wide range of treatments available in the tranquil treatment room. Sunbathing by the outdoor swimming pool with its breathtaking views of the sea and garden area is an unforgettable experience. The staff is there to meet your every need, offering personalized service and making sure you have everything you need to feel comfortable.

The only issue was the entertainment; it was a bit lackluster and did not match the luxurious feel of the hotel.

The resort had fantastic facilities, including pools, a beach, and even a spa. The views were breathtaking, with the coastline of Albania visible across the sea.

It was sometimes difficult to find available sunbeds as people would reserve them with towels.
