The bed was incredibly comfortable and the shower was absolutely amazing, just like in the reviews. We were also treated to some special extras as it was our honeymoon. The hotel had multiple pools to choose from, and the beach was just a short distance away. we had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel I stayed at was super convenient, as it was located near the airport and close to shops. I loved that it was right on the beach, allowing for easy access and a beautiful view. The room was comfortable, with a cozy bed and a fantastic shower. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, providing excellent service. The breakfast was delicious and served by friendly staff. The hotel had multiple pools to choose from, and there were even lounge chairs on the beach.

That the room could have been cleaner, as there were some ants present and the sheets weren't changed throughout our entire stay.

the pools were amazing, and the breakfast had a diverse and delicious selection. the staff was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond, especially with our 9-year-old daughter. They even made a pizza for us when we arrived late, and always remembered our preferences. the rooms were a good size and the overall service made all the difference. We highly recommend Costa Grand Resort & Spa for a fantastic vacation experience.

The decorations for Christmas were great and festive. the complimentary champagne and chocolates left in the room were a nice touch. the location of the hotel was perfect, right by the beach and a short walk to restaurants and shops. We also enjoyed having multiple pools to choose from and the comfortable lounges that were provided.

The noise from airplanes passing overhead was extremely disruptive and made it difficult to enjoy peaceful moments.

Upon arrival at this hotel, I was impressed by the luxurious decor of the lobby and the friendly welcome from the staff. the outdoor swimming pool was a highlight, with comfortable sun loungers and beach umbrellas provided for all guests. the Spa & wellness centre was also exceptional, offering a range of beauty treatments and massages. the room was spacious and had exclusive amenities, including a private terrace and a sun terrace with an amazing view.

At times, it could take quite a while to receive a poolside snack or a drink from the bar.
