My Christmas experience was great! the hotel offered a new and modern feeling that was very attractive. the swimming pool looked inviting even though it was too cold to use. I liked the fact that the hotel was very quiet and within easy reach of both the town center and the sea. It was also great that there were plenty of good restaurants, shops, and travel agencies nearby. What I enjoyed the most was the hotel's excellent location, which made it easy for me to explore some of the beautiful beaches in the area.

There were a few things that could be improved. First, the room lacked some basic kitchenette supplies like salt and pepper.

The room was spacious and clean, with a great view of the pool and the sea. The hotel's location was convenient, with shops, restaurants, and the beach all within a short walk. The nearby taverna was a highlight, serving delicious food and providing a great dining experience.

One major disappointment was the lack of communication with the receptionist, who struggled to understand and speak English well. This made it difficult to get information or assistance during our stay.

Our room at Crystal Bay was spacious and impeccably clean, allowing us to move around comfortably. We were pleased with the cleanliness of the facilities. Although the swimming pool lost its sun around 4pm, it was still a pleasant area to relax. The receptionist was helpful when we requested coffee, although it was delivered from a local cafe and not very hot. our stay at Crystal Bay was enjoyable and we would recommend it.

We had a great stay at Crystal Bay! the hotel was neat and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and nicely decorated, and it was cleaned every two days. the location was convenient, with easy access to the main road and just a short walk to restaurants, markets, and attractions. the best part was the beautiful view from our balconies and the clean and inviting pool.
