We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room was comfortable, clean, and stylish, with a spacious balcony perfect for relaxation. The hotel offered a variety of international and Greek food for breakfast, and the staff were friendly and attentive. We loved sitting by the pool bar and enjoying the beautiful sunset. The hotel's location was great, just a short drive away from the charming Chania Old town. Also, the hotel's facilities were well-maintained, and the sandy beach nearby was a lovely spot to relax.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The location of this hotel is amazing, right on the beach and with beautiful views of the sea. The rooms are lovely, with luxurious design elements and balconies that have baths and plunge pools. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. The breakfast offers a variety of delicious and healthy options. The hotel also has great facilities, such as outdoor pools and direct access to the beach.

Some aspects of the hotel's service can be inconsistent and slow.

The hotel had a great beach which offered a lot of privacy and gave us a lot of intimacy during our romantic escape. the staff were friendly and attentive to our needs and always willing to lend a hand when needed. Another advantage was that the hotel was located in a quite area, which made for a relaxing environment.

The gym facilities were quite limited, and the restaurant menu was lacking in local specialties which would have added to our overall culinary experience. Unfortunately, the hotel was quite understaffed and service at the pool and in the restaurant was slow and the staff seemed overwhelmed.

Attentive, professional and friendly staff. Small and modern resort with uncrowded pool and beach. Great destination with plenty to see and do nearby. Nice rooms, delicious food, and helpful staff. Beautiful architecture and stylish decor.

This hotel provides an exceptional and luxurious experience. the exclusive amenities include an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, a sun terrace, beautiful garden area, sauna, steam room, and Turkish bath. the spa and wellness center provides multiple treatments such as full body massages, facials, beauty treatments, and foot massages. On top of that, the restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes with special diet menus and in-room breakfast.

The only minor issue was the parking arrangements, which could be challenging at times. this was more than compensated through the sheer effort and attentiveness of the staff.

the surroundings were stunning, with a clean and well-maintained hotel. the staff were incredibly professional and attentive, making me feel taken care of from the moment I arrived. I was impressed by the small details, such as being greeted with cold towels and a refreshing drink. the hotel even took the time to give me a tour before taking me to my room, which was a lovely touch. the pool areas were immaculate, but my favorite spot was the beach, where I spent every day relaxing and enjoying the beach service. the hotel even honored our 20th wedding anniversary with a complimentary evening meal and a cake in our room. the little snacks left in our room also added a nice touch. it was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend this beach retreat.

As youngsters, we loved the stylish design of the property and the luxurious and comfortable beds. The pool area and other facilities were clean and beautiful, and there was always enough space for everyone. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, from delivering flowers and champagne to providing cold towels at the pool. We also enjoyed the high-quality food, with a super varied breakfast.

Felt really comfortable, nothing was too much trouble.
