I absolutely loved how convenient the resort was, with all the necessary amenities and a great location. It was so close to Fira and the bus station, making it easy for me to explore the different villages in Santorini. The staff were all friendly and helpful, ensuring that my family had a great holiday. The restaurant at the resort was superb, although it had limited choices for lunch. The breakfast was also good, providing a satisfying start to the day.

One drawback was the lack of chairs at the pool. Despite signs stating that belongings would be removed, many chairs were occupied by towels from early morning.

The swimming pools were fantastic and the layout of the resort was beautiful. We loved the fact that it was a short walk into town. the staff was super attentive, especially the breakfast and dinner staff who were amazing. the resort had a lot of pools and space, which made it feel spacious even with many people around. the food was very good with a lot of choices.

The pool chairs were always getting reserved early in the morning, but many times they were left empty for most of the day. It would have been better if management could enforce a fairer system for the pool chairs.

The resort had a great location, just a short walk into town. Many pools and areas to relax at. Accommodating staff. Delicious breakfast and food at the restaurant. Clean and comfortable rooms.

The hotel was conveniently located on a quiet street yet very close to the vibrant center, making it easy to explore the city and catch buses to other attractions. It was also within walking distance of the nearest supermarket and the central bus station, taking about 8 minutes to get there. The room was clean and comfortable, with great facilities provided, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was satisfying, with a variety of options to choose from.

The noise from the pool area could be bothersome at times, especially for those looking for a more peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

They even upgraded our room to a spacious one, perfect for our family of four. The hotel had a refreshing smell and was very clean and comfortable. The five swimming pools, including the indoor spa pool, were great for relaxation. We also loved the location, just a 10-minute walk from the center of Thira. The hotel had excellent facilities, including a well-equipped gym and a delicious breakfast buffet.

The breakfast was outstanding with a great variety of food to choose from. the staff was very welcoming and helpful. the location was fantastic as it made exploring the island very easy.

The Wi-Fi in the rooms was not reliable and could only be accessed in certain areas. the showers could use an upgrade as the bathroom floor would get very wet.

We had a wonderful stay at a large resort with multiple pools and a pool bar. The proximity to Fira allowed us to explore different dining and shopping options. The stunning view of the caldera right outside our doorstep was a highlight.

The beds were a bit too firm for our liking, but it didn't affect our overall experience.
