I absolutely loved how convenient the resort was, with all the necessary amenities and a great location. It was so close to Fira and the bus station, making it easy for me to explore the different villages in Santorini. The staff were all friendly and helpful, ensuring that my family had a great holiday. The restaurant at the resort was superb, although it had limited choices for lunch. The breakfast was also good, providing a satisfying start to the day.

One drawback was the lack of chairs at the pool. Despite signs stating that belongings would be removed, many chairs were occupied by towels from early morning.

The pool chairs were always getting reserved early in the morning, but many times they were left empty for most of the day. It would have been better if management could enforce a fairer system for the pool chairs.

It was also within walking distance of the nearest supermarket and the central bus station, taking about 8 minutes to get there. The room was clean and comfortable, with great facilities provided, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was satisfying, with a variety of options to choose from.

The noise from the pool area could be bothersome at times, especially for those looking for a more peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

The five swimming pools, including the indoor spa pool, were great for relaxation. We also loved the location, just a 10-minute walk from the center of Thira. The hotel had excellent facilities, including a well-equipped gym and a delicious breakfast buffet.

The Wi-Fi in the rooms was not reliable and could only be accessed in certain areas. The showers could use an upgrade as the bathroom floor would get very wet.

We had a wonderful stay at a large resort with multiple pools and a pool bar. The proximity to Fira allowed us to explore different dining and shopping options. The stunning view of the caldera right outside our doorstep was a highlight.

The beds were a bit too firm for our liking, but it didn't affect our overall experience.
