The breakfast staff, particularly Anna, is delightful and adds to the enjoyable experience.

This hotel is located right in the center of the old port, just off the main esplanade. The rooms with a lovely small balcony offer an amazing view of the Venetian harbor. The staff is friendly and the breakfast includes delicious local pastries.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel with a stunning location overlooking the waterfront. the modern decor of the hotel and nicely decorated rooms created a great atmosphere. the staff went above and beyond to provide excellent service, helping us with transportation and making our stay enjoyable. the top floor patio with views of the harbor was a highlight, where we could relax and enjoy a glass of wine. We would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit.

Lovely stone streets, colorful buildings, and flowers in old Chania. Friendly front desk, Kostas provided maps and local hidden gems. Room exceeded expectations with blue and white color scheme, large windows, and private balcony. Breakfast for six euros served in cute white stone room off the lobby. Excited to return in the future.

Great rooftop breakfast with nice staff and stunning view. the room was adequately clean and cozy with a comfortable bed. We appreciate the complementary airport transfer and the welcome drink.

The customer service was poor and the receptionist seemed not to care about our requests. Our room was noisy and we could hardly sleep through the night.

the charming streets of old Chania led me to this hidden gem, where I was greeted by the friendly front desk staff. Kostas, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was amazing. He provided me with maps and insider tips on the best authentic cuisine in the area. the room exceeded my expectations. the blue and white color scheme, along with the large windows overlooking the water, created a serene atmosphere. the private balcony with Venetian style iron railings was a perfect spot to unwind. the marble-tiled bathroom with a rain shower faucet head added a touch of luxury to my stay. I especially loved the breakfast served in the stone room off the lobby. It had something for everyone and only cost six euros per person. I would highly recommend Elia to all my family and friends, and I can't wait to come back in the future.

We had the most beautiful stay at Elia. the building's perfect location in the old city center, facing the harbor, was just amazing. the renovated building beautifully blended old architectural elements with modern conveniences. Our spacious and beautiful room, with the option to darken it with outdoor shutters, exceeded our expectations. the friendly front desk staff, especially Kostas, provided exceptional customer service. the breakfast buffet, featuring delicious home-cooked Greek specialties, was extensive and impressive. We cannot fault a thing and can't wait to come back in a few months!

Great location in the heart of the old town, close to the harbor and with stunning views. the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, especially Maria and the lady coordinating breakfast. the breakfast itself was amazing, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

Some rooms can be noisy, especially if facing the streets below. the hotel does not have an elevator, so it may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.

We had a fantastic stay at Elia! the hotel's location is unbeatable, right on the waterfront with stunning views of the bay. the room was elegantly decorated and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. We especially loved the homemade Greek breakfast and the adorable breakfast room. the staff, particularly Dimitra and Nikos, were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They even provided a breakfast box for our early morning departure. We couldn't have asked for more!
