We had a fantastic time at Garden Suites Heated Pool in Elounda. the staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel at home. the rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, with two balcony areas. the location was perfect for exploring Elounda, with the beach, restaurants, and shops all within easy reach. the breakfast was outstanding, and we even received a free room upgrade and a parting gift. the attention to detail, like remembering our names and pronouncing them correctly, was truly impressive. We can't recommend this hotel enough!

The staff at Elounda Garden Suites were amazing - helpful, friendly, and generous. The recently renovated property was clean, new, and beautifully decorated. The rooms were lovely, with separate bedroom and living room, and some even had balconies with sun loungers. The pool area was fantastic, with a good mix of sun and shade. The hotel's location in Elounda was perfect, with a sandy beach within walking distance and great shops nearby.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, offering us a drink upon arrival. They even provided complimentary wine, fresh fruit, and water in our apartment. The apartment itself was very clean and was cleaned daily, with new towels and bed changes every other day. We loved having two balconies, one with a small table and chairs and another with sun loungers. The pool and bar area were recently renovated and looked lovely. We also enjoyed the fact that there was no need to wake up early to reserve a sun lounger. The hotel is in a great location, just a short stroll from the center of town, with its restaurants, shops, and supermarkets. They even helped us arrange a private boat trip, which was the highlight of our stay. the staff's customer service skills were on par, if not better, than those at 5-star hotels we've stayed at in the past.

The room was clean, spacious, and nicely designed, with a kitchen area and a balcony for relaxing. the location was fantastic, just a short walk from the beach and a variety of restaurants. We also appreciated the little touches, like the complimentary fruit, water, and wine waiting for us in the room.

The self-catering facilities were quite basic, with only one induction ring which took some time to get used to. This led us to eat out more than we had planned.

As friends who enjoy going out at night, we loved the convenient location of Elounda Garden Suites. It was just a short distance from the port, giving us easy access to the city nightlife. The suites were modern, spacious, and well laid out, providing us with the perfect place to unwind after a night of fun. Additionally, the pool area was great for relaxing and socializing, offering a mix of sun and shade options.

Wow! Just had an amazing stay at a hotel in Crete. the staff were super friendly and welcoming, gave us great recommendations on local activities, and always said hello. the rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable and we loved the outside area. the gardens were so well maintained, it smelled of jasmine and was incredible. the perfect location, close to everything, but still quiet and private. Parking was available if we needed it, which was a plus.

The pool was a bit smaller than expected and the Wi-Fi connection was spotty, which was a bit of an inconvenience. But honestly, these were minor issues and did not detract from the overall enjoyable experience.
