I had a fantastic city break at this hotel in the Jewish Quarters. The location couldn't be better - just a 2-minute walk to ul. Szeroka where you can start your Krakow adventure. The hotel is also within walking distance to Schindlers factory and the old town/castle of Wawel. The staff were friendly and the breakfast had a great selection of Polish specialties. The rooms were clean and in great condition, with comfortable beds and little cute extras like slippers.

All was fine, no improvements needed.

We had a great experience during our recent business trip to this hotel. First, the staff was amazing - super friendly and helpful with directions around the city. Second, the location was perfect - within walking distance to the old town and plenty of great restaurants. the breakfast was also a highlight, with a good variety of food options to choose from.

The room was a bit small, but understandable for the price point. the bed was also not the most comfortable, but it did the job.

This hotel offers excellent value for money and is conveniently located in the historic Jewish Quarter. Being able to walk to the city centre and enjoy the vibrant bars and restaurants in the area was a bonus. The staff were attentive and the rooms, especially those facing the pretty rush street with trams, were well-equipped with basic amenities such as a kettle and complimentary coffee and tea. Additionally, our room overlooking the peaceful courtyard provided a serene atmosphere.

my recent stay in krakow was fantastic, especially at the hotel. the location was perfect, close to tram stops and the jewish quarter. the staff was helpful and the breakfast was excellent. free water in the reception area was a nice touch.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in a great location. It was just a short walk to the Market Square, Schindlers factory, and the old town/castle of Wawel. The room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The breakfast had a wide selection of delicious food. we were very pleased with the facilities and the advantages of staying at this hotel.

One small drawback was the lack of a safe in the room, but there was a safe in a service room by the elevators.

Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect, just a short 10-minute walk from the city center and close to transportation options. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious food and beverages. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it for anyone visiting the area.
