We had a great time at a beautiful resort located along the calm Mediterranean coast of Crete. The A La Carte restaurants offered delicious meals, especially the Italian and Asian cuisines. We enjoyed dining by the beach bar and the staff provided excellent service. Our spacious room had a comfortable bed and a nice balcony. The kids club was a hit with our children, who enjoyed the activities and the cleanliness of the facility.

The chair reservation policy by the pool was frustrating and limited our options for relaxation.

The room at Euphoria Resort was fantastic, with a stunning ocean view and all the amenities we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable, and we had a shared pool right outside our room that we could enjoy. The buffet food was overall good, with a decent variety, and the wine list was impressive. The highlight of our stay was definitely the a la carte dining at the Grill restaurant, where I had the best salmon filet I've ever tasted. The pools were great, and the water park was a blast for both kids and adults. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

Additionally, the "ultra all-inclusive" package was not as inclusive as expected, with no drinks or snacks in the room and limitations on certain amenities. Finally, there were some issues with the indoor pool, sauna, and gym facilities being unavailable, which should have been communicated prior to our stay.

Everything was fantastic.

Our weekend getaway was filled with fun, sun, and relaxation. the pool was amazing, it seemed to go on forever. We also enjoyed the water park with its exciting slides. One of the best aspects was how close the hotel was to the beautiful Mediterranean coast, we took a short drive and had a calming swim. Another great advantage was the staff, who were incredibly friendly and always willing to assist us.

The food could have been better, but it was still good enough.

The hotel here is absolutely luxurious! the exclusive amenities surpassed our expectations. the outdoor swimming pool and beachfront access were a highlight. the garden area was beautifully kept with beach umbrellas and towels always readily available. the restaurant and bar/lounge area provided special diet menus and delicious drinks. the special private facilities, including treatment rooms and poolside snack bar, made us feel truly pampered.

The only minor issue we encountered was with the service. the trainees had a basic command of English and sometimes made mistakes with our orders.

Excellent food options, with colorful and healthy breakfasts and themed dinners. Also, vegan options available. Gym is well-equipped with machines, weights, bands, towels, and water. top-notch service and welcoming check-in process. Beautiful architecture, clean pools, and good music performances.
