the staff, especially Restaurant Manager Arlent, made sure we were well taken care of and gave us great local tips. the hotel itself is lovely, with spacious pools and a nice welcome gift in the room. the rooms were a good size and cleaned daily. the animation team did their best to entertain guests, with activities like karaoke and water polo. the range of desserts at meal times was impressive. we had a great experience at Filoxenia Hotel.
