We had a fantastic stay at a lovely hotel near the old town. The room was modern, clean, and well-suited for all types of stay. The shower was even better than the one at home. The reception staff was incredibly helpful, and the bar man made our evenings enjoyable. The food exceeded our expectations, with a brilliant choice. And the drinks were reasonably priced. Although there was no pool, the beach was just a 5-minute walk away. We are already looking to book again. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay.

I had a lovely stay at a hotel in a great location. The room was clean, modern, and had a good shower and air conditioning. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and they even offered us access to morning coffee and biscuits on our last day. They also made arrangements for a shuttle bus, which was convenient. The hotel allowed us to leave our luggage before checking in, which was a nice gesture. I had a positive experience and would recommend this hotel.

There were a couple of minor issues during my stay. there were some electrical and water problems for two days, resulting in a lack of hot water and the need to use the lift to access the 5th floor.

The hotel is situated in a lovely quiet location, while still being just a 5-minute walk away from the bustling Levante area and the beautiful beach. The rooms are modern, clean, and suitable for all types of stay, with a better shower than my own. The staff at reception were very helpful and friendly, going out of their way to assist. The breakfast offers a good choice of food, and the hotel is conveniently located in the old town area.

The hotel doesn't have a pool, but with the beach just a short walk away, it's not a major issue.

The free wine with the meal was a lovely surprise and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. the location was perfect, being nearby to the beach and central parts of the city. a good stay.

Poor soundproofing and lack of English channels

the location couldn't have been better. It is right in the centre of Benidorm and just a short walk away from the beautiful Pontente beach. The convenience of being just up the road from the beach made it so easy for me to spend my days sunbathing and swimming.

Not a single complaint, everything was absolutely perfect.

This budget Spanish hotel has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The rooms are clean and modern, with plenty of storage space and comfortable beds. The bathroom is well-maintained and the shower is nice. The hotel offers heating and air conditioning, so you can adjust the temperature to your liking. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and they speak English. The location of the hotel is great, as it is within walking distance of Lavante beach, shops, and restaurants in the New town. Plus, the hotel is only a short walk away from Pontente beach as well.

Not easy to find

I had a fantastic stay at Montesol! the hotel's location in the Old Town was perfect, just a short walk down the hill to the beach. the staff went above and beyond, providing exceptional service throughout my stay. the rooms were modern and comfortable, and I especially enjoyed the variety of food options in the dining room. the Christmas Day meal was exceptional as well. the receptionist was extremely helpful, accommodating our request for a quiet room on a higher floor. a great experience!
