Friendly and Helpful

I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay at a motel in Ararat. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm smile and made to feel welcome. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I had no issues with noise. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable, even helping me with the WiFi connection. The in-house restaurant was a great option, with delicious food and accommodating options for vegetarians and vegans. I had a great time and would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this motel for its friendly and helpful staff, comfortable rooms, and enjoyable dining experience.

The location was perfect, close to township and conference venue. Facilities suited working travelers. Friendly and helpful staff. Delicious and generous breakfast. Adequate and clean room. Nothing to dislike.

Spent Easter weekend in a hotel and it was great! Located just a few minutes from the town center, it made exploring without getting lost a breeze. The amenities were clean and comfortable- the room had everything we needed and more! The bar fridge and toaster really came in handy for our snacks. Plus, the aircon/heater and double heated blankets kept us cozy during the chilly nights.

The noise from the nearby highway and train tracks- it took some getting used to, but we managed. , the breakfast was a bit disappointing.

This hotel is conveniently located right off the beach, allowing easy access for families with kids to enjoy days in the sun and sand. Additionally, it is near where trains pass, providing a unique experience for children who love trains. The hotel is also close to local restaurants, making it convenient for families to find a variety of dining options. The rooms are clean and cosy, providing a comfortable space for families to relax after a day of adventures. The staff are lovely and friendly, ensuring a pleasant stay.

One negative aspect is the possibility of noise from the main road, which can be bothersome for light sleepers.

Room well set out, decently sized bathroom. Undercover verandah with chairs to enjoy garden. Good sized hand basin outside bathroom. Large, comfortable room with easy access. Parking outside door. Comfortable bed, great water pressure and hot water in shower. Very quiet. Recently renovated with effective, noise-free aircon. Room service excellent, tidied room, replenished consumables, made bed impeccably, supplied fresh towels. Second bedroom for kids with reverse cycle air conditioners and TVs. Renovated bathroom with hot water, good pressure, and switchable shower heads. Reception friendly and prompt at check-in and check-out.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, with a large and cozy bed that provided a great night's sleep. The water pressure in the shower was excellent, and we enjoyed a piping hot shower every morning. The hotel is situated away from the highway, ensuring a peaceful and quiet environment, perfect for a relaxing getaway. We also appreciated the easy access and ample parking right outside our door. This place is conveniently located close to local restaurants, making it easy for us to explore and dine out.
