The value for money at this hotel was exceptional, with a spacious and comfortable room offering breathtaking views of the harbor and sea from the balconies. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the center of town and conveniently close to the ferry terminal. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction.

The only small improvement that could be made to the breakfast selection would be to have more vegetarian options available.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The large and clean bedroom with a comfortable bed provided a great night's sleep. The breakfast offered a large variety of options, including both sweet and savory choices. The location was excellent, being close to the marina and within walking distance of the bus stop and ferry terminal. The staff, especially the ladies at the breakfast buffet, were friendly and helpful. The small rooftop pool, bar, and restaurant were a nice addition to the hotel's facilities. we loved everything about our stay.

The room was spacious and had a king-sized bed. The rooftop restaurant served delicious food and even gave us complimentary cocktails. The hotel surprised us with a bottle of wine in our room. The staff made us coffees to go when we checked out. The hotel was within easy walking distance to the town. We rented a car through the hotel to explore the island.

We had an exceptional stay at a historical monument hotel in Heraklion. The location was perfect, with easy access to the Venetian port and the new port for day trips. The staff were amazing, always friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was fabulous, and the rooftop restaurant provided a memorable dining experience. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and luxurious amenities. The pool and gym facilities were top-notch. we highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Heraklion.

The sea view room was exquisite, clean and beautifully decorated. Breakfast was divine with a good variety of choices. I loved the personalized coffee made by the friendly and attentive server. Gdm Megaron, Historical Monument was a perfect stay in Heraklion.

The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The location was perfect, close to both the city center and the sea. Additionally, I appreciated the flexibility with the checkout time, allowing me to keep the room for a few extra hours. a fantastic stay.
