The pool area is a highlight, with plenty of loungers, beds, and couches to relax on. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, providing a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet is excellent, offering a variety of options to start the day. the hotel is close to minimarkets and a mall with many dining options.

Some guests experienced slow and uninterested service during check-in, causing frustration and a long wait.

the beds were so comfortable, the water pressure was great, and the breakfast was super delicious. the setting and decoration exceeded my expectations and the pool and jacuzzis were a great place to relax. the staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

wifi was spotty

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location is perfect as it is conveniently situated in the city but close to the bus route that takes you to the zona hotelera. The hotel itself is stunning, with a beautiful lounge, garden, and pool area. I was impressed by the wide variety of amenities offered, including a spa & wellness center, an outdoor swimming pool, and even beach access. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They offered assistance in choosing local destinations, activities, and restaurants, making my stay even more enjoyable.

I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.

This hotel is great value for money, with basic amenities and all the necessary room features- including a balcony on the fifth floor with a king size bed. The staff are friendly and there is awesome great coffee everywhere. Additionally, the location is near enough to beaches and downtown Cancun, but away from the noise of large hotel complexes.

We had a great stay at this 4-star hotel. The spacious rooms and comfortable beds were perfect for us. The staff, especially Abigail, Antonio, Rosalia, Jose, Brenda. The hotel was well maintained, clean, and had a beautiful location. The pool area was a highlight, with live music in the evenings and plenty of space to relax. The on-site restaurant and bar offered delicious meals and drinks. We also appreciated the convenience of amenities like room service, a spa and wellness center, and free Wi-Fi. this place exceeded our expectations and provided a luxurious and comfortable stay.

This hotel is well located, close to Cancun downtown and accessible to the beach by bus or cab. The room was large and clean, with comfortable bedding and modern amenities such as a large TV and fast Wi-Fi. Breakfast was included and had fresh fruits and light options. The pool area was pleasant and had many beds to relax on.

The pool area was really nice, with live bands playing by the pool. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet included in the price was amazing, with lots of fruits and vegetables. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. We had a balcony off our room, which was a great addition. Our waiter around the pool, Johan, was the best and should definitely get employee of the month. The staff went out of their way to make cakes and sing to my husband for his birthday celebration.

Everything was spot on.

Oasis was a great adult-only hotel with a relaxing pool area. I was impressed with the tablet for ordering room service. The staff, especially Brenda, was top-notch and suggested fantastic local restaurants and attractions. I enjoyed the delicious poolside tacos and ceviche. I would highly recommend Oasis for a low-key stay in a convenient location.

We loved how this venue was located in a quiet area near the downtown Cancun area, away from the craziness of the beach side large hotel complexes. The staff here provided excellent service and were always willing to help us out with anything we needed. Our room was top-notch with all the amenities we could ask for, including free wi-fi. The dining options here were great, and we especially enjoyed the buffet breakfast.

Well-maintained pool area and comfortable beds. Helpful staff, especially the ladies in the morning. Ideal location for catching public transportation and easy access to local restaurants and convenience stores. Enjoyable breakfast with varied options. Quiet and relaxing atmosphere.

The breakfast had a nice variety of food and there were different juice options. the pool area was clean and there was always space for everyone. A small store and banks were close by, and there were many different restaurants in the area.

The wifi was really bad, it barely worked. the walls were thin, and we could hear everything from the next room.
