I stayed at this 4-star hotel in Crete and I must say, I had a fantastic experience! The location is amazing, right in the center of the village and just steps away from the beach. I loved being able to walk to all the bars, restaurants, and shops that were nearby. Plus, there was a bus station right next to the hotel, making it convenient to explore the area. And speaking of the beach, it was beautiful with plenty of places to sit and enjoy the sun.

The staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast and evening meals offer a good variety of options. There is also a rooftop pool with great views of the town and waterfront.

The bathroom in some rooms may be on the smaller side.

The rooms were quite small and the balcony was tiny. the noise from the street and beach can be heard quite easily in the rooms.

We were thrilled with the service at Golden Beach. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They helped us secure a hire car at a great price and even charged my wife's phone for her. The hotel and rooms were spotless, and the meals offered a variety of options. We also appreciated the convenience of early check-in and the use of the luggage room and showers on our departure day. The staff truly made our holiday relaxing and enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel had comfy beds, brilliant WiFi, and clean rooms. The air con worked well and the staff were very friendly. They even surprised me with a birthday cake! The Plaza Verde beach bar had fantastic food and cocktails. The hotel's location was ideal, with everything close by including bars, restaurants, and supermarkets. The staff were super friendly and helpful, making it easy for us to find everything we needed. I highly recommend this hotel!
